What is a LUT?
LUTs (Look-Up Tables) make colour grading fast and effortless. With one click, you can apply a carefully crafted colour look and instantly change the feel of your footage.
They’re perfect for creating a consistent, professional finish and they’re compatible with most popular video editing programs.
How do I use the LUTs?
Installation instructions are included as a PDF with your purchase, showing you how to import the LUTs into your editing software.
Do I need anything else before using these?
Yes. Our LUTs are designed for Rec 709, so if you're filming in Log, our free Conversion LUT is needed first to convert your footage into Rec 709. Apply that first, then apply your GoPro Film grade on top.
Do these work with standard (non-Log) GoPro footage?
If you're not filming in Log, your footage is likely already close to Rec 709, so you can usually skip the conversion step. If colours look off, try the conversion LUT first anyway.
Will these work with my editing software?
Yes. Universal .cube files, compatible with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop, and anything else that supports LUT files.
How do I shoot Log on GoPro?
Turn on Log camera settings and set the color profile to Flat/Log, depending on your model. This gives you the wider dynamic range these grades are built to work with.
Can I use these on mobile?
Absolutely. The LUTs come in .cube format, which is supported by most mobile editing apps like LumaFusion.
